Maggi is one of the most relished dishes, of course children do love it but so do adults. So here I am offering the healthy version. Let's start off with our favorite dish.
At my home there is a particular day on which I prepare them. It is usually a Sunday and I along with my family usually prefer it for dinner. There are some who relish them at breakfast, while there are others who snack on them in between meals. Camping outdoors with friends it is always there on the menu as it can be cooked in 2 minutes by anyone. A visit to any hill stations one comes across numerous small shops dotting the roadside, all selling noodles they are not only a source of livelihood for local people but a snack and gupshup time between friends. In between when there was a short time ban this lip smacking dish was missed by everyone.
Who doesn't want to enjoy hot and yummy noodles along with hot piping tea in the clean, cool and crisp hill station environment. Come winter they are relished with hot soup and they are my favourite too in that season. But they are enjoyed by everyone around the year.

Yes you can!, Just keep it in microwave safe container along with pre mixed water and masala and cook for 2 minutes. Do not add too much water as it can boil over and spoil your microwave, therefore make sure microwave utensil you are using is adequately big to prevent spill over. When it has reached boiling point open the microwave stir and continue cooking. Once cooked garnish it with grated cheese along with some sauce.
